The Swiss city of Basel has been chosen as the host for the 69th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, the largest song competition in the world.

The European Broadcasting Union, the organization responsible for the event, announced that the grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will take place in Basel on May 17, 2025.
