The Court of Appeal in Rabat, Morocco, has pledged to consider a complaint filed by Moroccan lawyers against an Israeli soldier accused of committing war crimes.
The Israeli soldier, Moshe Avisher, is currently staying in a hotel in Marrakesh, where he is spending his vacation with a group of Israelis and playing the qanun in a musical band.
Moroccan lawyer Najia Hajjaj stated, “The Court of Appeal in Rabat agreed to consider the case after making efforts, and it was classified as a crime related to terrorism.”
