Lebanon’s Hezbollah said it detonated explosives on Israeli forces attempting to infiltrate across the border on Thursday, killing and wounding some of them.

Hezbollah said in a statement that an Israeli force infiltrated near the southern Lebanese town of Maroun al-Ras, where the two devices were detonated.

It added that its fighters detonated an explosive device on a Golani Brigade force that was trying to turn back from the western side of the town, killing and wounding them.
