Inauguration by the Minister of Tourism
Ahmed Al Khateeb, the Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Tourism Authority (STA), inaugurated the exhibition as part of a global promotional campaign. He led a delegation of top officials and key partners from Saudi Arabia’s tourism sector, aiming to enhance the Kingdom’s position on the global tourism map and highlight its readiness to welcome Chinese visitors.

During the exhibition, the Saudi delegation held several meetings and signed memoranda of understanding with prominent Chinese companies, focusing on collaboration in the tourism sector.

The Saudi Travel Expo features interactive sections that showcase key tourism destinations such as Diriyah, Al Ula, and Al Baha. Guests can enjoy live demonstrations of traditional Sadu weaving and performances of Saudi music, enriching their cultural experience.
