Turkey suspends maritime traffic in the Dardanelles Strait due to an engine failure on the “Captain Nature” ship, which flies the Liberian flag, while it was en route from Romania to France.

The malfunction occurred near the Çanakkale Suspension Bridge, causing traffic to stop in both directions. As a result, the routes of ships coming from both the north and south were diverted, and rescue teams began their operations in the busy channel.
