On Monday, the International Desalination and Water Reuse Organization (IDRA) announced Saudi Arabia’s host for the Global Conference on Desalination and Water Reuse in 2026.

This announcement was made during the current conference in Abu Dhabi, which features experts from around the world and is themed “Addressing Water Scarcity.”

This selection highlights Saudi Arabia’s leadership in the water sector and its support for sustainability and water security initiatives.
