The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced on Tuesday that eight people died due to the collapse of a six-story building in the El-Waily district of Cairo.

According to preliminary reports, three citizens were injured, and eight others lost their lives in the accident.

Authorities are continuing their efforts to search for survivors and clear the debris.
