The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that 11 people were killed in an explosion at a weapons depot near the capital, Damascus, on Sunday.

The Observatory indicated that the explosion, which occurred in the industrial area of Adra, about 30 kilometers from Damascus, is likely the result of an Israeli airstrike.

The Israeli occupation has carried out hundreds of airstrikes on Syrian military facilities since the overthrow of the Assad regime.
