Hamas announced the execution of a “complex operation” in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, where it infiltrated an Israeli military outpost and killed five soldiers at point-blank range.

The movement also confirmed the burning of a “Merkava” tank and the targeting of a military jeep with hand grenades, resulting in the death and injury of several soldiers.

In contrast, the Israeli army acknowledged the death of 70 soldiers in the military operation in Jabalia, bringing the total number of its casualties to 825 since the beginning of the war.
