The statement emphasized that the transfer of zakat to those who desperate the need of Muslims is a permissible matter according to the doctrine of the two Imam Malik and Abu Hanifa, based on this to the Almighty saying: “The charity of the poor and the two are the ones.”
He pointed out that the poor of Gaza face exceptional conditions that require urgent support and support.
