Medical sources in Gaza reported that 41 Palestinians have been killed since dawn on Friday by Israeli gunfire and airstrikes, including 16 people who were seeking humanitarian aid.
The attacks occurred across various parts of the Strip amid ongoing air raids and artillery shelling, exacerbating the already dire humanitarian crisis under blockade and severe shortages of essential supplies.
The UN Human Rights Office stated that at least 1,760 Palestinians have been killed while waiting for aid in Gaza since late May, “with the Israeli military responsible for most of these killings.”
