Five Palestinians, mostly children, were killed when Israeli forces struck a school sheltering displaced people in Gaza’s Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of the city.

Al-Shifa Hospital director Mohammed Abu Salmiya confirmed the toll, raising the total deaths to 400 since the ceasefire took effect in October.

Israeli Occupation described the target as “suspicious,” while Hamas condemned the attack as a ceasefire violation.
