The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today, Sunday, that Cairo will host an emergency Arab summit on February 27, 2025, to discuss the serious developments of the Palestinian issue. This comes in coordination with Arab countries, including Palestine.
The summit follows the escalation of tensions in Gaza and the West Bank and widespread criticism of U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan concerning Gaza.
In this context, Egypt confirmed its rejection of any attempts to liquidate the Palestinian issue and warned against Israeli statements regarding the displacement of Palestinians, considering it a violation of international law.
