The Houthis in Yemen announced their readiness to attack the Israeli occupation if the ceasefire agreement with Hamas is violated and attacks on Gaza resume.
In a televised speech on Tuesday, leader Abdul-Malik al-Houthi stated that the group is prepared for “military intervention at any time in the event of escalation against Gaza.”
This announcement comes after Hamas halted the release of Israeli prisoners due to violations of the ceasefire by the Israeli occupation.
The Houthis, who control most of western Yemen, have carried out over 100 attacks on ships in the Red Sea since November 2023 and have launched missiles towards the Israeli occupation.
