Tebboune ‘issued a decree ratifying the extradition agreement with Tunisia, which will enter into force 30 days after the exchange of ratification documents between the two countries’, the official gazette said.
The two parties undertake to extradite to each other persons sentenced by their judicial authorities in accordance with the rules and conditions laid down in this treaty,’ the official gazette said.
