Iran, EU3 to hold new round of talks on Jan. 13

The next round of talks between Iran and three European countries is scheduled for 13 January in Geneva, the semi-official ISNA news agency reported on Wednesday.

Iran will hold talks on its nuclear programme with France, Germany and Britain in Geneva on 13 January, following previous talks hosted by Switzerland at the end of November, the agency said.

Iranian diplomat Kazem Gharibabadi, Tehran’s envoy to the previous meeting in Geneva, said the meeting would be “consultations, not negotiations”.
