The White House announced that U.S. President Donald Trump will host French President Emmanuel Macron on Monday and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer on Thursday next week.

Macron stated that he will urge Trump not to be weak in front of Putin regarding Ukraine, noting that France will not send troops to Ukraine until a peace agreement is reached, while also calling on Europeans to strengthen their war efforts.

In contrast, Trump described the war in Ukraine as one that should have been avoided and criticized Ukrainian President Zelensky, while the latter argued that Trump is trapped in a bubble of misleading information coming from Russia.
