Two people were killed and two others injured on Tuesday evening in an Israeli drone strike on the Baalbek district in eastern Lebanon.
This comes as part of Israel’s continued violations of the ceasefire agreement that took effect on 27 November.
The official Lebanese news agency reported that an Israeli drone attacked the al-Shaara locality in the Janta area, in the Baalbek district of the Baalbek-Hermel governorate on the edge of the eastern Lebanese mountains.
The airstrike ‘resulted in two martyrs and two wounded’, it said.
