Heavy rainfall in the Vinto region of Bolivia has led to devastating floods, submerging homes, destroying crops, and resulting in significant material losses that have affected the lives of approximately 6,000 people.

It is worth noting that the country experienced previous flooding in January, which resulted in the deaths of 17 people and the destruction of around 500 homes.
