At least 120 members of the “Al-Shabaab” group were killed in airstrikes carried out by Somali forces in cooperation with allied forces on the city of Jilib.

The operation targeted militant strongholds and destroyed sites linked to Al-Qaeda.

The targets included IED manufacturing workshops and training camps, leading to the destruction of infrastructure and causing numerous casualties.
