Millions performed the Eid al-Fitr prayer in Mecca, Medina, and various regions of Saudi Arabia this Sunday morning.

Approximately 120,000 Palestinians performed the Eid prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the Israeli occupation authorities preventing residents of the West Bank from accessing the site.
This year, the Muslim world was divided over the date of the holiday, with Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Yemen, Palestine, Sudan, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Lebanon, and Turkey celebrating today, Sunday, while Egypt, Algeria, Jordan, Oman, Tunisia, Libya, Iraq, Morocco, and Iran will celebrate on Monday, March 31.
