Tesla has officially launched its operations in Saudi Arabia with the opening of its first showroom and service center in the capital, Riyadh. The move marks a significant step in the company’s expansion into the Middle East.
The new facility is located in the Al-Olaya district on Takhassusi Street, showcasing popular models such as the Model 3, Model Y, and the futuristic Cybertruck. Tesla also plans to open temporary pop-up stores in Jeddah and Dammam as part of its strategy to increase visibility and customer access across the Kingdom.
In addition to sales operations, Tesla will establish a network of Supercharger stations available for all electric vehicles, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which aims to convert 30% of Riyadh’s vehicles to electric by the end of the decade.
Tesla will operate directly in the Saudi market without relying on local dealerships, offering a fully integrated experience to customers — from purchase to service — mirroring its global business model.
This launch reinforces Tesla’s commitment to expanding into emerging markets and supporting regional efforts toward sustainability and energy transformation.
