In his first speech since the ceasefire following a violent military confrontation, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that India has “only halted” its military operations against Pakistan.

Modi affirmed in New Delhi that his government would not distinguish between governments that support “terrorism” and “terrorist groups.”

He pledged to respond to any future terrorist attack “on India’s terms.”
