Russian authorities have detained a Liberian oil tanker named “Green Admire” in the Baltic Sea while it was en route to the Dutch port of Rotterdam.

The Estonian Foreign Ministry announced that the incident occurred as the vessel was leaving the port of Sillamäe, navigating through a previously coordinated shipping lane that passes through Russian territorial waters.
