Egypt Airdrops Humanitarian Aid into Gaza via 12 Military Aircraft

The Egyptian Armed Forces announced on Wednesday that 12 military transport aircraft have carried out airdrop missions over the past three days, delivering large quantities of food aid to areas in the Gaza Strip that are inaccessible by land.

According to an official statement posted on the military spokesperson’s Facebook page, the operations were conducted under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, to support the population of Gaza amid a severe humanitarian crisis and acute shortages of essential supplies.

The statement emphasized Egypt’s continued commitment to alleviating the suffering of civilians in Gaza, highlighting that the military remains actively engaged in providing critical assistance to the most affected regions of the enclave.
