Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei dismissed U.S. President Donald Trump as “delusional” for claiming to have destroyed Iran’s nuclear facilities.

Tehran formally canceled its cooperation agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency, signed last September, after the reactivation of the UN sanctions mechanism.

National Security Council chief Ali Larijani said the move complies with prior warnings, stressing that Iran remains open to new proposals “within the framework of national sovereignty.”
