FIFA announced on Sunday that more than 30,000 abusive posts have been reported on social media platforms since the beginning of 2025.
The organization annually marks the International Day for Tolerance on November 16, as established by UNESCO.
On this day, FIFA releases statistics highlighting the work of its “Social Media Protection Service,” which safeguards players, coaches, referees, and teams from discriminatory, abusive, or threatening content online.
