Oil Prices Hit Seven-Month High Amid Escalating U.S.–Iran Tensions

Oil prices climbed to their highest levels in seven months, driven by rising tensions between the United States and Iran ahead of anticipated nuclear talks in Geneva.

U.S. crude futures reached $67.28 per barrel, while Brent crude touched $72.50 — its highest level since July 31.

Although prices eased later in trading, they rebounded on Tuesday morning, approaching recent peak levels.
