Qatar’s Ministry of Defense announced early Wednesday, March 11, 2026, that its armed forces intercepted a missile attack targeting the country.

The ministry did not provide further details about the nature of the attack or potential damage.

Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Defense said its air defenses intercepted and destroyed four drones.

According to the ministry, two drones were destroyed in the Rub’ al Khali desert while heading toward the Shaybah oil field in southeastern Saudi Arabia, while two others were intercepted in the Eastern Province.
