At least 17 people were injured, including four in critical condition, following a train collision in Denmark on Thursday.
Police said the accident occurred north of Copenhagen on a railway line connecting the towns of Hillerød and Kagerup.
An emergency services spokesperson confirmed that all passengers were evacuated from both trains, stating that “no one is trapped,” and that large rescue teams were dispatched to the scene.
The fire department said the injured were transported to hospitals by ambulances and helicopters as emergency services responded in full force.
