Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced early Wednesday, June 10, 2026, that it had launched missile and drone attacks targeting Bahrain, Kuwait, and Jordan following recent U.S. strikes against Iranian targets.
The attacks came after Washington said its military action was a response to the downing of a U.S. Army Apache helicopter.
In Bahrain, authorities activated warning sirens after Iran claimed it had targeted a U.S. military base in Manama. The Interior Ministry urged residents to remain calm, move to safe locations, and follow official instructions.
Meanwhile, Kuwait’s General Staff said its air defense systems were actively engaging hostile aerial targets in accordance with operational procedures and advised the public to rely on official sources for information.
The developments mark a significant escalation in regional tensions and have raised concerns about a broader conflict involving multiple countries across the Middle East.
