The administration of former U.S. President Donald Trump decided on Saturday to overturn a previous order from President Joe Biden’s administration to suspend the supply of a type of heavy bombs to the Israeli occupation.

Axios reported, citing Israeli officials, that the White House instructed the U.S. Department of Defense to lift the suspension imposed by the Biden administration on the supply of 2,000-pound bombs to Israel.

It is noteworthy that the United States suspended a shipment of heavy bombs intended for Israel last May due to concerns about the impact they could have in Gaza during the conflict.
