The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Sunday that three civilians were killed and dozens injured by Israeli army fire in several areas of southern Lebanon.
The Israeli forces opened fire on civilians attempting to return to their towns after the expiration of the Israeli military withdrawal deadline.
The fatalities occurred in Aytaroun, Houla, and Blida, while 30 others were injured in Kfar Kila and Addaysseh, reflecting the ongoing tension in the region despite the ceasefire agreement.
