On Monday, the Israeli occupation announced that a list provided by Hamas includes 8 deceased individuals among the 33 hostages who will be released in the first phase of the ceasefire in Gaza.

A Hamas leader confirmed the submission of a list with the names of 25 living hostages.

The ceasefire agreement between the occupation and Hamas came into effect on January 19, ending more than 15 months of war that began on October 7, 2023.

In the first phase, 33 Israeli hostages will be released in exchange for over 1,900 Palestinian detainees.
