The spokesperson for the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, Abdul Latif al-Qanou, announced the commencement of phase two talks for the ceasefire agreement in Gaza.

Al-Qanou affirmed that the movement is focusing on shelter, relief, and reconstruction for the people of Gaza, noting that the occupation is obstructing the humanitarian protocol.

He added that rebuilding hospitals and repairing infrastructure are essential to restoring life in the sector after the massive destruction.
