Russia launched a large-scale overnight attack using drones and missiles on multiple Ukrainian regions, as Kyiv prepares for talks with the United States in search of a path toward peace.

Ukraine’s Air Force said Moscow fired 653 drones and 51 missiles, claiming 585 drones and 30 missiles were intercepted.

Twenty-nine regions were targeted, leaving at least eight people injured, including three in Kyiv.

President Zelensky stated that the strikes targeted industrial facilities and residential buildings in Kyiv, Dnipro, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Lviv, and Mykolaiv.
