The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, released a photo they claimed was of Israeli soldier Abraham Azulay, who was killed while attempting to be captured in Khan Younis.

Israeli media reported “serious security incidents” in Gaza, resulting in injuries among Israeli forces, including a tank commander who sustained severe wounds.

The army confirmed that soldiers were injured during clashes with Al-Qassam in the northern and southern parts of the Gaza Strip.
