At least eight people were killed on Tuesday when a drone strike by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) hit a hospital in the city of El-Fasher, in Sudan’s war-torn Darfur region, a medical source told Agence France-Presse (AFP) on Wednesday.
“The maternity ward of El-Fasher Hospital was struck by an RSF drone, resulting in eight deaths and seven injuries,” the source said, adding that the attack also caused “significant damage to buildings and medical equipment.”
