Bangladesh’s interim leader, Muhammad Yunus, has warned that the country can no longer provide additional support for 1.5 million Rohingya refugees, calling on the international community to establish a roadmap for their voluntary return to Myanmar.

Speaking at a conference in Cox’s Bazar marking eight years since the mass exodus, Yunus stressed that justice and security are essential to ensure a safe and sustainable return.
