Pakistan is experiencing unprecedented floods, worsened by India’s suspension of the Indus Waters Treaty and alleged manipulation of river flows without early warnings, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan.
The lack of coordination has intensified the devastation caused by monsoon rains, particularly in the Chenab, Ravi, and Sutlej rivers.
Pakistani reports accuse India of reducing water flow and then releasing it suddenly, worsening flood levels.
