In a speech delivered at a global economic forum in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, made a significant announcement on Thursday.
He revealed that Yerevan is poised to finalize a peace agreement with Azerbaijan in the upcoming month, marking a positive step toward establishing diplomatic relations between the two nations.
This development follows several weeks during which Baku successfully regained control of the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region after a military operation against Armenian separatist forces.
Prime Minister Pashinyan has consistently emphasized in his previous statements that Armenia’s foreign policy orientation will remain unchanged, and the nation will continue to act in alignment with its best interests.
