Medical sources in the Gaza Strip have reported a sharp increase in casualties due to Israeli airstrikes in the region, with the death toll surpassing 10,000 in the last 31 days.

Ashraf al-Qudra, the spokesperson for the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza, stated during a press conference on Monday that the number of fatalities in Gaza has risen to 10,022 since the start of the Israeli aggression. He noted that in the past 24 hours, the aggression has committed 24 major massacres, resulting in the deaths of 243 individuals.

Al-Qudra further clarified that among these ten thousand casualties, 4,104 are children. In a related context, the ministry added that Israeli forces have carried out 19 massacres in the last few hours, leading to the death of 292 Palestinians.
