Both incumbent President Donald Trump and current President Joe Biden have secured their party’s nominations for the November presidential election.
After their first encounter in the 2020 elections, this is their second meeting in a row. According to Edison Research, Biden secured the nomination by surpassing the required delegate votes in Georgia’s primary elections.
Results from Democrats residing overseas, Mississippi, Washington State, and the Northern Mariana Islands are anticipated, although details are still pending.
In a few hours, Trump received the 1215 delegates’ votes necessary to win the Republican Party’s presidential nominee.
