Barcelona announced in a statement on Friday that Xavi Hernandez will no longer coach the team next season.
The Catalan club explained that a meeting was held today between club officials and Xavi, and it was decided to terminate Xavi’s contract at the end of the current La Liga season.
Xavi will play his last game as Barcelona coach this weekend against Sevilla in the last La Liga game of the season.
