Indian PM arrives in Russia for first visit since war broke out in Ukraine.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Moscow on Monday, beginning his first visit to Russia since the Kremlin’s large-scale offensive in Ukraine.
In a statement, Modi said he looked forward to strengthening bilateral cooperation with Russian President Vladimir Putin and exchanging views on several regional issues.
The visit is Modi’s first since winning the general election last month.
The Kremlin said Modi would discuss the development of Russian-Indian relations with Putin.
