The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) announced that the head of its political bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, who was assassinated in Tehran at dawn on Wednesday, will be buried in Doha on Friday after a popular funeral in the Iranian capital tomorrow (Thursday).

An official and popular funeral will be held tomorrow, Thursday, in the Iranian capital Tehran for the martyred Mujahideen leader Ismail Haniyeh,’ Hamas said in a statement, adding that his body would be transferred to the Qatari capital in the afternoon of the same day to be buried after Friday prayers, according to AFP.
