The Republican candidate in the US presidential election, Donald Trump, has announced that he has agreed with Fox News to organise a debate with his Democratic Party rival, Kamala Harris, on the fourth of September next year.

He wrote on his social media platform “Truth Social” on Friday evening: “I have agreed with Fox News to face Kamala Harris in the Wednesday debate on the 4th of September,” he wrote on his “Truth Social” social media platform on Friday evening.
