Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that negotiations with Ukraine have become ‘meaningless’ following the latter’s attack on the Kursk.
Lavrov made the remarks at a press conference with Senegalese Foreign Minister Yacine Fall on Thursday following their meeting in Moscow.
Russian President Vladimir Putin recently presented a new proposal for negotiations with Ukraine after Kiev and the West rejected previous proposals, Lavrov said.
He continued: ‘No one should have doubted our readiness to negotiate, but after Kiev’s adventure in Kursk, negotiations became meaningless.
