The Houthi group announced launching an attack with drones and missiles on a cargo ship in the Red Sea, inflicting precise and direct hits.

Meanwhile, a multinational naval force reported that the ship was flying the Liberian flag and was targeted with two ballistic missiles that exploded near it, 130 nautical miles east of Aden.

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree confirmed carrying out a military operation targeting the GROTON ship in the Gulf of Aden due to the company that owns it violating the decision to ban entry to Israeli ports.

The Houthi military spokesman stated that the Yemeni armed forces confirm their success in preventing Israeli navigation in the Red Sea, adding that the Yemeni forces “confirm our naval operations in their area of ​​operations.”
