The High Electoral Commission in Tunisia announced on Monday the final list of candidates for the upcoming presidential elections.

The commission said that the list includes incumbent President Kais Saeed, Secretary-General of the People’s Movement Zuhair Meghzawi and head of the Azmoun Movement Ayachi Zemal, confirming the impossibility of implementing the decisions announced by the Administrative Court to reinstate three candidates, namely Abdellatif Mekki, Emad Daimi and Menzer Znaidi.

Tunisia’s presidential elections will be held on October 6.
